Limited website measurement

We use PostHog in cookieless mode by default to measure public page visits, inquiry-button clicks, and whether forms are started, encounter errors, or succeed. PostHog does not persist analytics identifiers in cookies or browser storage in this mode. Its US-hosted service processes your IP address and browser user agent to create a daily rotating identifier, which limits recognition across days. Cookieless measurement still involves processing visitor information; it is not the same as collecting no data.

If you do not answer the analytics choice, or choose “No” under the current wording, cookieless PostHog measurement continues; “No” declines the optional fuller analytics described below. We remember your choice in browser storage. We still stop analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Older No choices made under our previous complete opt-out wording remain a complete opt-out unless you make a new choice. Ordinary hosting and security request processing still occurs when you use the website.

Optional fuller analytics

Choosing “Okay” allows PostHog to store browser and session identifiers so we can understand return visits and multi-session journeys, and enables Google Analytics, which may use cookies or browser storage. Google Analytics stays off without this permission. We do not link analytics identifiers to your inquiry details. Browsing or submitting an inquiry is not consent to fuller analytics.

You can change this choice at any time through Analytics preferences below or in the footer. Choosing “No” withdraws permission for fuller analytics, stops Google Analytics collection, and returns PostHog to cookieless measurement. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted. You can also clear existing analytics cookies through your browser settings, or contact us with a privacy request.

We do not enable session recordings, send inquiry field values as analytics events, or track the private leads area. Event URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Analytics consent is not required to contact us.

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your property’s needs. Inquiry submissions are stored with Vercel and accessible through our protected leads area. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information.
